About Amplify

Amplify is a growth platform designed to boost the Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV) of e-commerce brands. Our platform helps e-commerce businesses increase their average order value by seamlessly integrating intelligent sales scenarios into their online store’s customer journey. Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Partnerships Manager to help drive Amplify’s growth by cultivating and managing relationships with agencies, app developers, influencers, and other ecosystem partners. In this role, you’ll identify high-value partnership opportunities, build co-marketing and co-selling strategies, and serve as the bridge between Amplify and key players in the Shopify and broader e-commerce landscape.

This is an ideal position for someone who is both relationship- and results-driven, understands the nuances of the Shopify ecosystem, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive user acquisition and brand visibility.

• Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce agencies, technology partners, and thought leaders within the Shopify ecosystem.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to align partnership initiatives with company goals.

• Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities through market research, outbound outreach, and inbound interest.

• Co-create go-to-market strategies, content, and campaigns with partners to generate leads and expand Amplify’s footprint.

• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that maximize value for both parties.

• Track partnership performance metrics and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and engagement.

• Stay up to date on trends in e-commerce tech, the Shopify partner ecosystem, and competitive activity.


Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within the e-commerce or SaaS space.

• Strong familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem; existing partner relationships are a significant plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re a natural connector who can influence without authority.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

• Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a fully remote, high-growth environment.

• Experience with CRM and partnership management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Crossbeam, PartnerStack) is a plus.
